Personalized recommendations that may include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle shifts, and psychotherapy, alongside thoughtful evidenced-based medication management when appropriate with the goal to minimize side effects and optimize overall wellbeing. As part of my integrative assessment, I often include targeted lab testing to identify biological factors that may be contributing to symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, mood swings, or difficulty concentrating. When appropriate, we can discuss evidence-based options for hormone support or replacement Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support, whether we’re adjusting medication, deepening stress-management strategies, or tracking nutritional and lifestyle progress

As part of my integrative psychiatric practice, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for adults seeking relief from depression, anxiety, trauma, or persistent emotional distress.
KAP combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine—a medication that can temporarily quiet habitual thought patterns and enhance neuroplasticity—with psychotherapy provided in a safe, structured setting. This allows patients to explore insights, emotions, and new perspectives with greater openness and self-compassion.
Each KAP session lasts approximately two hours and takes place in my office, where I guide patients through the experience using lozenges (sublingual) ketamine. Sessions include careful preparation, dosing, and integration work to support a cohesive and meaningful process.
I provide a calm, supportive environment and thorough medical screening to ensure this treatment is appropriate and safe. Ketamine-assisted therapy may be helpful for those who have not achieved sufficient relief through traditional treatments alone.

I’m passionate about mentoring other mental health professionals.
I offer clinical supervision for psychiatric nurse practitioners seeking guidance in developing a thoughtful, evidence-based, and integrative approach to patient care. Supervision focuses on clinical formulation, psychopharmacology, psychotherapy integration, and professional growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Because my goal is to spend time with you, and not with your insurance company, I will not be billing insurance directly. However, I will be glad to provide you with detailed receipts to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.

Yes. I offer psychotherapy when my schedule allows for ongoing therapy sessions. However, every appointment in my practice includes some degree of psychotherapy, even if brief. I believe that understanding your thoughts, emotions, and relationships is essential to effective treatment. I have extensive psychotherapy training, both prior to and during my psychiatry residency, and I integrate therapeutic approaches into medication management and all aspects of care.

I offer both in-person and virtual appointments, depending on each patient’s needs and preferences. I’m flexible and open to either option, and appointments can be switched between in-person and virtual on the same day if needed. My goal is to make care as accessible and comfortable as possible.

I see patients ages 14 and older. My integrative approach is tailored to each stage of life—supporting teens, adults, and older adults by addressing the whole person and the root causes of symptoms.
About me
I am a board certified psychiatrist who completed my medical and psychiatric training at Brown University, and have additional training in Integrative/Functional Medicine, Medical Acupuncture, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Yoga Therapy. I treat adults and teens facing a wide range of mental health challenges — including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and stress- related conditions — with a focus on personalized evidence-based care. As a psychiatrist, I’ve always believed that emotional wellness comes from understanding the whole person — mind, body, and environment. My practice integrates conventional psychiatry with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and mindfulness-based approaches to help patients uncover the root causes of distress and move toward balance and vitality. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal.
