Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. I offer psychotherapy when my schedule allows for ongoing therapy sessions. However, every appointment in my practice includes some degree of psychotherapy, even if brief. I believe that understanding your thoughts, emotions, and relationships is essential to effective treatment. I have extensive psychotherapy training, both prior to and during my psychiatry residency, and I integrate therapeutic approaches into medication management and all aspects of care.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual appointments, depending on each patient’s needs and preferences. I’m flexible and open to either option, and appointments can be switched between in-person and virtual on the same day if needed. My goal is to make care as accessible and comfortable as possible.

  • I see patients ages 14 and older. My integrative approach is tailored to each stage of life—supporting teens, adults, and older adults by addressing the whole person and the root causes of symptoms.
